A Taste for Skiing, the showcase for typical South Tyrol produce, adds that little bit extra to the blend of snow sports and great food for which the resort is famous. Gourmet dishes, created by the Dolomitici and European Michelin-starred chefs, will be on the menu at ten local mountain refuges.
For the Jimmy hut the chef Martin Dalsass (Restaurant Santabbondio - CH) has created
